The Moretto X-Comb is a flexible all-electric mini-dryer that achieves high performance with low energy consumption thanks to its turbo-compressors. It is characterised by its constant performance thanks to the advanced double circuit technology and the zeolite molecular sieves. These make it possible to maintain a constant dew point of -52 °C.
The dryer is equipped with the innovative OTX hopper. The innovative OTX technology enables a uniform drying process and prevents overheating of stagnant areas. This increases the quality of the parts produced, as the dried granulate has a constant quality. Due to the evaluated design of the hopper, the granulate can be dried up to 40 % faster (depending on the material) with an energy saving of up to 60 %. In addition to energy efficiency, the OTX hopper has another decisive advantage: due to the higher throughput of the dryer, a smaller hopper is required. This saves energy and also space.
