The DPK is a compact, precise loss-in-weight dosing unit that is perfect for dosing small quantities of colour batches or additives in a flow of raw material. Compared to other systems, the DPK has a significantly higher precision, as only the batch hopper is weighed.
The material hopper is made of transparent impact-resistant acrylic material and is free of electrostatic charge. The additive is located in a transparent funnel for quick and easy checking of the fill level. This can be easily removed and replaced, enabling a quick change of material. Thanks to the loss-in-weight process and the stepper motor used, the accuracy of the dosing device is guaranteed even at low dosing speeds. The DPK is vibration-resistant. Direct mounting of the feeder is possible. Various recipes can be saved and easily changed using the touchscreen interface.
